1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat-rate shipping across India, and free shipping for orders above ₹499.

• Within Kerala: 2-3 business days.
• Rest of India (Metro Cities): 4-6 business days.
• Rest of India (Non-Metro): 5-8 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, bad weather, or issues with our courier partners.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Service Areas

Currently, BookReaders.in ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
