Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. To cancel an order, please visit your "My Orders" page or contact our customer support immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return upon receipt.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The book received is damaged, defective, or misprinted.
• You received the wrong book.
• The book must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

Please note that we do not accept returns for \"change of mind\" or if the book has been read/used.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item is received at our facility, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, UPI via Razorpay).

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return or report a damaged item, please email us at lavanya@bookreaders.in with your order ID and photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
